Job summary

The role requires strong experience with Hyper‑V, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online and 365 apps, plus SIP troubleshooting and network security policy experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong ability to maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services and Windows Server.
• Experience with SIP, IP telephony, and network security policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure.
• Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues.
• Analyse, design, implement and manage software integrations.
• Plan and manage system upgrades and new software implementations.
• Maintain Hyper-V server environment and virtual machines.
• Monitor network health and fixed/mobile devices.
• Manage network infrastructure including DNS, routers, switches and firewall policies.
• Maintain Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy and DFS.
• Support and troubleshoot IP telephony and VOIP systems.
• Lead implementation work across Azure, Microsoft 365 and other cloud technologies.
