Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across Cloud services.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Mentor new hires and contribute to training programs.
• Partner with development teams to drive feature requests and process improvements.
• Write tutorials and technical content for the developer community.
