Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of network security concepts (SSL/TLS, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with networking and troubleshooting (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing).

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Interact with engineers worldwide to reproduce and fix issues.
• Drive customer communications during critical events.
• Mentor new hires and contribute to process improvements.
