Job summary

Qualifications

• Administration experience with at least one major DB engine (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, Aurora).
• Experience with Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RedHat) and Windows Server.
• Networking and troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused support for database services across AWS products.
• Troubleshoot complex database and application issues across AWS services.
• Mentor and collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and write technical content.
