Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a Cloud Services Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our cloud platforms and eCommerce environment. You will drive reliability, scalability and cost-effectiveness while shaping modern operating practices across DevOps, Systems Engineering and Cloud Operations.

You will mentor teams, partner with Digital Delivery, Security and Product teams, manage cloud financials and governance, and champion automation to deliver business-critical technology for Australia’s iconic

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience managing and improving enterprise cloud, infrastructure or platform services.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, resilience, security and operational support models.
• Experience with DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD and operational readiness.
• A track record of managing large-scale cloud environments, service reliability and business-critical platforms.
• Experience supporting and optimising high-volume eCommerce platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, vendor and business audiences.
• Experience managing cloud financials, operational governance, risk and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience

About the role

As a key member of the Cloud, AI & Modern Workplace team, the Cloud Services Manager is a senior technology leadership role responsible for ensuring Harvey Norman’s cloud platforms, infrastructure services and eCommerce environment remain secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective. You will lead the operational management and continual improvement of our cloud services capability, driving service excellence across cloud operations, DevOps, systems engineering.

You will;

You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cloud operations, infrastructure services and platform management within complex enterprise environments. You combine strong technical capability with proven people leadership skills and have a passion for delivering reliable, business-critical technology services.

You will also have;
