Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a Cloud Services Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our cloud services and eCommerce platform. You will drive reliability, security, and scalability while guiding teams across Systems Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Operations in a large enterprise setting.

You will partner with Digital Delivery, Security, Architecture and Product teams to optimise costs and deliver service improvements.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise cloud, infrastructure or platform services.
Experience leading high-performing technical operations teams.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, security and operational resilience.
Experience with DevOps, automation, CI/CD and readiness.
Experience managing large-scale cloud environments and eCommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations, support and reliability of Harvey Norman's cloud services and eCommerce platform.
Drive service performance, resilience, monitoring, incident management and operational excellence across the cloud environment.
Lead and develop teams across Systems Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations.
Partner with Digital Delivery, Security, Architecture and Product teams to ensure platforms are secure, scalable and fit for future business needs.
Own cloud cost management, optimisation initiatives and service improvement programs.
Manage operational risks, critical incidents, governance controls and supplier relationships.
Champion automation, standardisation and modern operational practices that improve efficiency and service quality.
