Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a Cloud Services Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our cloud services and eCommerce platform. You will drive reliability, security, and scalability while guiding teams across Systems Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Operations in a large enterprise setting.

You will partner with Digital Delivery, Security, Architecture and Product teams to optimise costs and deliver service improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise cloud, infrastructure or platform services.
• Experience leading high-performing technical operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, security and operational resilience.
• Experience with DevOps, automation, CI/CD and readiness.
• Experience managing large-scale cloud environments and eCommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive service performance, resilience, monitoring, incident management and operational excellence across the cloud environment.

• Own cloud cost management, optimisation initiatives and service improvement programs.

About the role

As a key member of the Cloud, AI & Modern Workplace team, the Cloud Services Manager is a senior technology leadership role responsible for ensuring Harvey Norman's cloud platforms, infrastructure services and eCommerce environment remain secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective. You will lead the operational management and continual improvement of our cloud services capability, driving service excellence across cloud operations, DevOps, systems engineering.

You will;

About You

You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cloud operations, infrastructure services and platform management within complex enterprise environments. You combine strong technical capability with proven people leadership skills and have a passion for delivering reliable, business-critical technology services.

You will also have;

• 10+ years' experience managing and improving enterprise cloud, infrastructure or platform services.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, resilience, security and operational support models.
• Experience with DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD and operational readiness.
• A track record of managing large-scale cloud environments, service reliability and business-critical platforms.
• Experience supporting and optimising high-volume eCommerce platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, vendor and business audiences.
• Experience managing cloud financials, operational governance, risk and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
