Job summary

Nuix in Sydney is seeking an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to drive production deployments in our AWS-based SaaS environment, automate configuration, monitor systems, and resolve incidents with a collaborative team.

You will work hybrid in Sydney, 3 days in the office, partnering with engineering and DevOps to strengthen security, observability and reliability across Nuix's cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in SaaS or large-scale production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage production deployments and automate configuration.
• Improve observability with metrics, logs and traces.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations with a blameless culture.
