xAmplify is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure/Software Engineer to join our Technology Services team in Australia on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports a key Australian Government client and focuses on Azure, Microsoft 365, on-premises infrastructure and critical applications within a hybrid environment.

You will help ensure reliability, security and performance of systems while contributing to cloud modernization, automation and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience working within Information Technology environments.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience working within hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, infrastructure and application support.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting business applications, databases and integrations.

Aufgaben

• Support and optimise Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application and integration issues.
• Monitor system performance, availability and security, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Implement configuration changes, enhancements and fixes across business-critical systems.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous service improvement activities.
• Support release management, disaster recovery testing and operational readiness activities.
