Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Senior Multi-Cloud Automation Engineer to design secure, scalable cloud automation across Azure and AWS. You will deliver Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for a complex multi-cloud environment.

This long-term contract requires current NV2 clearance. You will integrate automation with identity, networking and platform services while improving reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automated solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native automation.
• Scripting capability for automation and orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps or similar.

Senior Multi-Cloud Automation Engineer | Azure & AWS Take the lead in designing secure, scalable and reusable cloud automation solutions across Azure and AWS. This long-term opportunity will see you deliver Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks while improving the reliability, efficiency and maturity of a complex multi-cloud environment.

ACT Contract Duration: 36 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance
Closing Date: 10:00am, Friday, 31 July 2026

Essential Tasks

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure automation across Azure and AWS.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code and scripting solutions.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience delivering automated solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native automation and scripting capability.
• Experience managing CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with multi-cloud identity, access, networking and platform integration.
