Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, document control, records management or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Willingness to learn clinical research processes, GCP requirements and study-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Trials Coordinators with day-to-day coordination of clinical trial activities.
• Assist with participant scheduling, appointment reminders and visit logistics.
• Maintain participant tracking logs, trial documentation and study records.
• Prepare participant materials, source document binders and study documentation.
• Coordinate imaging requests, scan tracking and other trial-related logistics.
• Support study start-up, ongoing trial activities and study close-out.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files and other regulatory and trial documentation.
• Assist with monitoring visits, audits and inspections.
• Liaise with internal teams, sponsors, CROs, vendors and service providers.
• Support trial equipment, supplies, temperature monitoring and other operational requirements.
• Carry out activities in line with study protocols, SOPs, GCP and relevant regulatory requirements.
