Job summary

Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to join their research team on a full-time 12-month contract. You will own day-to-day trial activities, manage patient and trial databases, support trial finances, and perform a range of scientific tasks to keep studies running on protocol.

You bring haematology or oncology trial experience, competence in venepuncture and specimen handling, and strong teamwork within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Applied Science, Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in haematology or oncology and clinical trials processes.
• Competent in venepuncture and processing of biological specimens.
• Experience in hospital multidisciplinary teams and patient care.
• Clear written and verbal communication with detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret and report clinical trial data to the unit director.
• Coordinate clinical needs of trial participants across active studies.
• Oversee study activation to close-out and manage related admin tasks.
• Contribute to data preparation for publication and presentations.
• Engage in R&D projects to grow the unit's services.
