Job summary

UniSC Clinical Trials in Morayfield, QLD, Australia, seeks a dedicated IP Coordinator to support the Pharmacy Manager in management, storage and dispensing of Investigational Products under trial protocols. You will ensure accurate documentation, IP accountability and compliant IP return/destruction, collaborating with sponsors, monitors and the UniSC team to deliver high‑quality clinical trials.

Qualifications

• A degree in Health Science, Biomedical Science or similar; or a post‑certificate qualification with relevant pharmacy work experience.
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Sound judgement, initiative and problem‑solving ability.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and database tools.
• Ability to travel between trial sites and work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager with IP management, storage and dispensing in line with protocols.
• Maintain IP accountability records and support safe IP return or destruction.
• Collaborate with UniSC Clinical Trials team, sponsors and monitors to ensure compliant delivery of trials.
