Level 6, $92,964 - $100,603 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation

Full-time, fixed-term appointment for two years

The Opportunity

Join UniSC Clinical Trials as a Pharmacy Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant management of Investigational Products (IP). In this key position, you’ll oversee all IP-related activities, ensuring strict adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines, HREC‑approved protocols, UniSC CTC Standard Operating Procedures, and all relevant regulations. Your expertise will help drive the success of cutting‑edge clinical research while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Your responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager with the management, storage and dispensing of Investigational Products (IP) within the UniSC Clinical Trials (UniSC CT) Pharmacy in accordance with a Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) approved protocol and Pharmacy manual, and other applicable guidelines and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the UniSC CT team, sponsors and monitors to ensure appropriate and timely management of all activities related to Investigational Product.

You will possess
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with clinical research experience (preferred, but not essential).
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Good working knowledge of clinical research, ICHGCP, and the basics of drug development (preferred, but not essential).
  • Well‑developed computing skills, including databases, clinical trial electronic data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.
