Job summary

University of the Sunshine Coast Morayfield is seeking a skilled Laboratory Trials Support professional to help manage samples across multiple clinical trials, ensuring proper collection, processing, documentation, storage and shipment in line with study protocols.

You will work with the Laboratory Manager, Clinical Trials Co-ordinator, sponsors and monitors to ensure compliant and timely handling of samples, with travel to trial sites and potential on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) with compliance to regulations.
• Experience using databases and standard office software; ability to adapt quickly in a clinical trial lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Laboratory Manager and Clinical Trials Co-ordinator with management of samples collected, processed, and shipped for trials.
• Collaborate with UniSC CT team, sponsors, and monitors to ensure timely management of all protocol-nominated laboratory samples.
