Job summary

UniSC Careers is seeking a proactive professional to support the Pharmacy Manager with IP management, storage, dispensing and accountability, ensuring adherence to HREC-approved protocols and guidelines.

You will maintain records, support IP accountability and collaborate with the UniSC Clinical Trials team, sponsors and monitors to deliver high-quality, compliant clinical trials across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Health Science, Biomedical Science or related field; or a certificate with relevant post-certificate pharmacy work experience.
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Ability to travel between sites and work outside hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager with IP management, storage, dispensing and accountability.
• Maintain IP records and support safe return or destruction per requirements.
• Collaborate with UniSC Clinical Trials team, sponsors and monitors to ensure compliant trial delivery.
