Griffith University in Gold Coast is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to provide administrative, recruitment, and operational support for clinical studies. The role offers exposure to trial coordination and data management under supervision of the Clinical Trial Coordinators.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in health or science and demonstrate strong organisation, communication, and confidentiality skills within a clinical research environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in health or science field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Understanding of clinical confidentiality requirements in research settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide admin support for clinical research per protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with recruitment material design and pre-screening activities.
• Draft ethics submissions and amendments and other communications.
• Design and maintain trial databases and online systems.
• Support study coordinators with information flow, scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist with data collection, trackers, and archiving.
• Assist with lab tests, consumables, and equipment orders/rentals.
