Job summary

Benetas is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership within our Residential Aged Care home in Clarinda, home to 78 residents. Reporting to the Residential Services Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary clinical and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving compliance, clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA Registration and a Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
Leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or a related clinical environment.
Knowledge of clinical governance, quality systems, risk management and aged care legislation.
Expertise in person-centred care for residents with complex needs, dementia and palliative care.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing and care teams to ensure outcomes.
Lead quality, risk and incident management, investigations and continuous improvement.
Support person-centred care through assessments, care planning, reviews and complex care management.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Collaborate with residents, families and external stakeholders to coordinate high-quality care.
