Job summary

Respect is seeking a Registered Nurse in Inverell, NSW, to lead clinical quality and compliance across our aged care site. You will champion clinical governance, drive continuous improvement and mentor the nursing team, while enjoying a structured, day-time schedule.

With an AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing, you’ll apply your extensive residential aged care experience to elevate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a people-first workplace that supports

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing.
• Experience in residential aged care.
• Strong clinical governance, quality and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with clinical audits and continuous improvement.
