nib is a leading health insurer in Australia. The Clinical Support Officer provides flexible operational, administrative and improvement support across Health Programs and Clinical Operations within nib.

You’ll drive operational excellence, support AI-enabled workflow improvements and partner with teams to deliver better outcomes for members. You’ll have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience with data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in health insurance, healthcare, clinical administration or health program delivery will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare meaningful reports and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative and improvement support across Health Programs and Clinical Operations.
• Assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination and clinical request administration.
• Support automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
