Children's Cancer Institute in Randwick, NSW is seeking a Clinical Operations Administrator to support the Liquid Biopsy program. Qualifications

• Strong organisational communication skills interfacing between clinical specialists, laboratory scientists, and management teams.
• Extensive experience managing specimen logs, databases, or sensitive clinical documents with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or clinical trial management systems is advantageous in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated background in project coordination or workflow management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/workflow tools such as monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Experience with sample handling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end intake of requests and track workflows to timelines.
• Act as operational engine between laboratory teams, clinical partner sites, and stakeholders.
• Ensure sample processing milestones, clinical reports, and program deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
