St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents. The role is fixed-term for six weeks, with emphasis on safe operations, accreditation readiness, and resident-centered care in a boutique Bronte facility.

The successful candidate will hold AHPRA RN registration and demonstrate collaborative leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to person-centred care within the Heartprint framework.

St Vincent's Care Services Bronteis a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility, fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice.
• Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
• Successful completion and maintenance ofResponsible Personscreening checks. This position is considered a‘Responsible Person’role, beingaccountablefor day-to-day operations, and having authority, decision-making, influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
