St Vincent's Care Services Bronte seeks a Clinical Manager to lead clinical services in our 107-bed aged care facility, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care with a compassionate, person-centred approach.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, uphold Aged Care Act standards, drive continuous quality improvement, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver holistic care with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as an AHPRA RN.
• Experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act and Accreditation process.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.
• High level of customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of resident rights and responsibilities.
• Responsible Person checks completed; role includes day-to-day operational accountability.

As a Clinical Manager, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte.

St Vincent's Care Services Bronteis a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

This is a full-time Fixed Term role for 6 weeks.

Things that work for us:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility, fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice.
• Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
• Successful completion and maintenance ofResponsible Personscreening checks. This position is considered a‘Responsible Person’role, beingaccountablefor day-to-day operations, and having authority, decision-making, influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
