St John of God Health Care is seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner (Clinical) to shape the capability of our clinical workforce. You will partner with senior clinical leads to translate strategic priorities into impactful learning strategies and programs that drive measurable outcomes for patients and caregivers.

Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, you will lead design, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions across the organisation, leveraging Workday

Qualifications

• Ability to translate clinical needs into practical learning strategies and programs.
• Experience shaping workforce capability in healthcare settings.
• Strong stakeholder partnering and advisory capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clinical leaders and senior stakeholders to understand learning and capability needs and develop targeted learning plans.
• Lead design, delivery, and implementation of learning solutions with internal resources and local L&D teams for adoption.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, addressing capability gaps and organisational risks.
• Measure and optimise learning impact using stakeholder feedback and performance outcomes to drive clinical excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align learning initiatives and governance.
• Design and develop high-quality learning solutions and mentor colleagues to strengthen capability.
