St John of God Health Care is seeking a strategic Solution Architect (Corporate Applications) to lead architecture across HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Workforce Management. You will drive roadmaps, optimise enterprise platforms, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.

You will partner with business leaders, product owners, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions while addressing cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across HRIS, ERP, and Finance platforms.
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews and align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver secure, scalable, and integrated solutions across corporate apps.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, technical designs, and implementation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive modernisation, integration, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and governance across the portfolio.
• Lead reviews ensuring cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
