Vision Australia seeks a Regional Client Lead to guide a diverse team delivering person-centred services across ACT, Central West, and Southern NSW. Base salary is provided with Australian superannuation benefits; role may be based in Albury or Canberra.

Lead an inter-professional team, work with regional leads and the National Clinical Operations Lead to shape clinical programs and policies, ensuring governance and continuous service quality across settings.

Formación

• Experience leading service delivery teams in disability/health/community services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and regions.
• Ability to use data to drive continuous improvement and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an inter-professional team of service providers to deliver personalised services.
• Collaborate with regional leads and national operations to evaluate programs and policies.
• Ensure staff supervision supports quality services and ongoing staff development.
