Job summary

Lumia Care in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to drive clinical excellence across Community Nursing, SAPOL, School Nursing, and HIT programs. This full‑time leadership role offers immediate start and an opportunity to influence frontline care.

As Clinical Lead you will mentor ENs and RNs, oversee practice, governance, and quality initiatives, ensure safe patient delivery, and collaborate with operations to sustain service excellence across South Australia.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Tertiary Qualification in Nursing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising nursing teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

The Programs

• Enrolled Nurses (ENs) supporting School Nursing Programs
• Registered Nurses (RNs) delivering Community Nursing Services
• Registered Nurses (RNs) supporting SAPOL health programs
• Hospital in the Home (HITH/HIT) Community Nursing Program

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and support to ENs and RNs across multiple programs
• Lead and support School Nursing, Community Nursing, SAPOL Nursing, and HIT services
• Drive excellence in clinical practice, documentation, and care delivery

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
