What you'll do
As a Registered Nurse within our Community Aged Care team, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that supports older South Australians to live safely, independently and well in their own homes.
You'll use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and coordinate care for customers with a range of health needs, including those requiring higher-level Support at Home, reablement, restorative and end-of-life care.
Working collaboratively with customers, families, care teams and other health professionals, you'll respond to changing and escalated clinical needs, provide expert nursing guidance and help ensure the right care and services are delivered at the right time.
