Job summary
Lumia Care in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to drive clinical excellence across Community Nursing, SAPOL, School Nursing, and HIT programs. This full‑time leadership role offers immediate start and an opportunity to influence frontline care.
As Clinical Lead you will mentor ENs and RNs, oversee practice, governance, and quality initiatives, ensure safe patient delivery, and collaborate with operations to sustain service excellence across South Australia.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Tertiary Qualification in Nursing.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising nursing teams.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and support to nursing teams.
- Lead and support School Nursing, Community Nursing, SAPOL, and HIT services.
- Drive excellence in clinical practice, documentation, and care delivery.
- Support complex clinical assessments and decisions.
- Monitor clinical performance and identify improvements.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
- Lead governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives.
- Investigate incidents and escalations.
- Partner with operations to ensure continuity of care.
- Foster a positive, accountable nursing culture.
