Opal HealthCare Clyde North Terrace Care Community is seeking a passionate Clinical Care Coordinator. This full-time RN role offers leadership, education, and clinical management experience in a vibrant aged care setting in Clyde North.

You will be supported to develop your skills with our academy and mentoring programs. The role requires an Australian RN with AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years’ experience, with AN-ACC exposure and prior educator experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN registration with AHPRA is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in care planning and AN-ACC is preferred.
• Educator experience is highly regarded.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Permanent, Full-time role working 38 hours per week.
• Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical, care planning and AN-ACC experience
• Experience as an Educator highly regarded
