Job summary

Opal HealthCare Forest Lake is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our full-time team. You will lead clinical care planning, mentor junior staff and contribute to education programs within a supportive aged care community.

With current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years’ RN experience, you’ll thrive in a role that blends patient care with leadership, education and ongoing professional development opportunities across Opal HealthCare's Academy.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration in Australia.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a RN.
• Educator experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Permanent, full-time role working 38 hours per week.
• Provide leadership, education and clinical management at Forest Lake Care Community.
• Participate in care planning and AN-ACC related activities.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Permanent, Full-time role working 38 hours per week.
• Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical, care planning and AN-ACC experience
• Experience as an Educator highly regarded
