Opal HealthCare in Forest Lake, Queensland, Australia, is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse for a full-time role. The position offers 38 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning clinical care, care planning, and education within a supportive aged-care setting.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA RN registration, have at least 2 years of RN experience, and bring strong clinical and care planning skills, with educator experience considered highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current Australian registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical, care planning and AN-ACC experience.
• Educator experience highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to residents in a full-time capacity (38 hours/week).
• Develop and implement resident care plans and AN-ACC processes.
• Mentor and educate junior staff and new graduates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain compliance with AHPRA and regulatory requirements.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Permanent, Full-time role working 38 hours per week.
