Kanwal Springs Care Community, part of Opal HealthCare, seeks an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) to join the leadership team. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering resident-centred care and supporting the clinical team, with 38 hours per week and a focus on clinical excellence.

Requirements include current Australian RN registration (AHPRA), minimum 2 years’ RN experience, strong care planning and AN-ACC knowledge, and educator experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
