Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator in Bankstown to lead the Registered Nurse team, focusing on education, auditing, and quality improvement. You will work under the Care Manager with strong backing from a national Quality Team and Head Office.

The role requires current AHPRA RN registration and experience delivering staff education and clinical turnaround improvements in complex settings. Permanent Monday–Friday schedule with Head Office support.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff education, audits and data-driven corrective actions.
• Experience providing clinical turnaround support in complex environments is highly regarded.

Clinical Care Coordinator - Bankstown

We are looking for a dedicated clinical leader to bring stability, consistency, and best-practice care to the community. Reporting directly to the Care Manager, and backed by strong, ongoing support from a national Quality Team and Head Office.

As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will lead the Registered Nurse team clinically, with a heavy focus on education, auditing, and quality improvement.

Requirements

• Current National Police Certificate and Australian working rights.
• Qualifications in workplace training and assessment, clinical education, IPC, or quality management. Experience providing clinical turnaround support in a complex environment is highly regarded.
