Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations across multiple aged care locations in NSW, QLD and VIC. This full-time permanent role reports to the leadership team and focuses on safe, high-quality resident care.

You will mentor nursing teams, drive compliance with Aged Care Standards, and push quality improvement initiatives while partnering with residents, families and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, or DDON role.

About the Role

As Clinical Manager, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing, Clinical Care Coordinator, or senior Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

You’ll work closely with facility leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, strengthen compliance outcomes, support staff development, and enhance resident experiences.

Locations available:

• Wollongong, NSW | $140,000 + Super
• Central Coast, NSW | $140,000 + Super
• Toowoomba, QLD | $135,000 + Super
• St Arnaud, VIC | $145,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, DDON or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and quality standards
• Experience leading, coaching and developing clinical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and driving positive outcomes
