Collarcare on the Mid North Coast, NSW is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator – Aged Care. You will lead the clinical team, mentor nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a respected aged care home.

Current AHPRA RN, prior Senior RN or Clinical Lead in aged care, strong leadership and governance skills are essential to drive accreditation and resident-focused outcomes within a supportive management team.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Lead within aged care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse looking to progress into a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.
About the Role As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the Facility Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, and support compliance with accreditation standards while promoting best practice across the home.

About You
