Job summary

E4 People is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for an 80-bed residential aged care home near Lakembais. You will provide hands-on clinical leadership to the RN and care teams while reporting to the Care Manager and working closely with the Facility Manager.

You will drive clinical standards, staff capability and resident outcomes in a supported environment with strong Head Office backing across Quality, Education, Governance, People & Culture, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 2–3 years' experience in Clinical Care Coordinator or equivalent in residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, auditing and continuous improvement.

An 80-bed residential aged care home near Lakembais seeking an experienced and clinically capable Clinical Care Coordinator to join the team during an exciting period of growth, improvement and positive change.

About the RoleAs the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will sit within the home's senior clinical leadership structure, reporting to the Care Manager and working closely with the Facility Manager.
You will provide hands-on clinical leadership to the RN and care teams while helping identify opportunities to improve clinical standards, staff capability and resident outcomes.

This role combines clinical leadership, education, auditing, compliance and team development, with a strong focus on creating consistency and driving continuous improvement across the home.
You will also work closely with Head Office specialists across Governance, Quality, Education, People & Culture and Operations, giving you strong support when navigating complex clinical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong day-to-day clinical leadership to the RN and care teams
• Identify clinical gaps and implement practical strategies to improve care delivery and resident outcomes
• Identify risks and areas requiring improvement and work with the leadership team to implement corrective actions

About You

You are a confident, proactive and highly capable clinical leader who genuinely enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and developing people.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 2–3 years' experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator or in a comparable senior clinical leadership position within residential aged care
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, auditing and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff education, mentoring and clinical development

Experience working with culturally diverse resident populations is highly valued. Given the home's predominantly Lebanese Christian Maronite resident community, Arabic language skills and cultural knowledge would be advantageous, but are not essential.
