Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Care Manager in Coffs Harbour to provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversee resident assessment and care planning.

You will lead the clinical team, ensure governance, medication safety, infection control, and dementia support, while collaborating with residents, families and external health professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Proven experience in aged care clinical management or leadership.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Act 2024, quality standards, and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call shifts.

The role:

As Clinical Care Manager, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, supporting the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with regulatory standards and organizational values. Your responsibilities include overseeing resident assessment and care planning, clinical governance, medication safety, infection control, and dementia support. You will lead and develop the clinical team, ensuring compliance with policies, supervising safe delegation, and supporting ongoing education. Collaboration with residents, families, and external health professionals is key to providing coordinated and responsive care.

Requirements:
