For Purpose Aged Care has an opportunity for a part-time Clinical Assessment and Documentation Nurse for our residence at Romsey Community Aged Care to manage ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements for our residence based in Romsey.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of ANACC including assessment of new residents, identifying potential uplifts in a timely manner, applying for uplifts, managing DoH correspondence, coaching staff on good assessment writing principles, providing orientation to ANACC assessors, generating reports etc.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
Four days a fortnight, days with start time open for discussion.
