For Purpose Aged Care is expanding with a brand-new 180-bed aged care home in South Bunbury. We seek a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead daily clinical activities for a team of RN/EN/PCA, partnering with the Residential Manager to set up high-quality systems and ensure exceptional resident care.

This is a permanent part-time weekend role (Saturdays and Sundays) starting November 2026. You will shape clinical processes, mentor staff, support commissioning, and help establish a compassionate care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar leadership role.
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience with care planning and resident-centred clinical systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our new South Bunbury residence on a Permanent Part-Time weekend basis (Saturdays and Sundays)

Competitive rate from $63.42 per hour + super (based on experience)

About the role

As our Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC), you will provide daily clinical leadership and guidance to your team of RN’s, EN’s and PCA’s. Working closely with the Residential Manager, you will help shape and embed high‑quality clinical care systems and support the delivery of exceptional resident experiences. Your role will be pivotal in providing hands‑on clinical leadership and mentoring, driving strong clinical outcomes, fostering a compassionate and professional care culture, and supporting commissioning activities as clinical systems are established for a brand‑new home.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar leadership role within aged care or acute care
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Strong and up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and assessment capability
• Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, supervision and professional development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Sound understanding of funding, accreditation and compliance requirements
• Experience with care planning and resident‑centred clinical systems
