Laser Clinics North Sydney is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding client experiences and nurture your own leadership journey.

Qualifications

• Formally recognised beauty qualification required (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
• For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
