Laser Clinics Brighton is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a busy aesthetics clinic in Melbourne’s bay-side area. You will drive high performance, mentor your team, and ensure exceptional client experiences while managing daily operations and clinical standards.

The role offers leadership development, exposure to advanced treatments, and a pathway to grow within Australia’s global aesthetic leader. This is a fulltime, on-site position at Laser Clinics Brighton.

Qualificações

• Formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges.
• WA/QLD only: valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or pursuing one.

• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
• For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
