Qualifications

• Formal beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings.
• Ability to develop a positive team culture and manage complex operational challenges.

• Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs whileidentifyingrefined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations includingmanage rosters, ensure compliance, andmaintainhigh clinical standards.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
• For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
