Job summary

Laser Clinics Joondalup is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional client results. You will support the Clinic Manager and drive revenue growth while upholding our values of Passion, Care and Determination.

Qualifications

• Formal beauty qualification required.
• Experience in skin treatments is desirable but training will be provided.
• WA/QLD Laser Hair Removal licence or progress toward it is preferred.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you will celebrate team wins to foster a positive, motivating workplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.

Responsibilities

• Empower and drive the clinic team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essentialaswe provide comprehensive training.
• For WA/QLD: a valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence oractively working towards it.
