Laser Clinics Group is seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist for our Macarthur Square clinic. You will perform laser hair removal, facials, and other advanced treatments while building client relationships and growing your skills.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: Cert IV (minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• WA/QLD: valid Laser Hair Removal Licence or working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empowering transformations through laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, peels, Hydrojelly masks, and RF treatments.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailor-made solutions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to grow skills and achieve career goals.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive,you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
