Job summary

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our Sydney Westfield clinic. You’ll support clients to feel confident in their skin and grow your skills and career with us.

Deliver laser hair removal, facials, skin treatments, and other advanced services; work with a friendly team, receive training, and enjoy bonuses and flexible full-time, part-time, or casual options.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable; comprehensive training provided.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive,you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
