Job summary

Laser Clinics Wendouree is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, drive revenue, and inspire high performance across a beauty and aesthetics team.

You will oversee rostering, compliance, and clinical standards while delivering elite client experiences and mentoring staff through growth opportunities and training, contributing to strong business results.

Qualifications

• Internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum)
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings
• Ability to build a positive team culture and manage growth
• Valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence for WA/QLD is a plus (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic to exceed KPIs and manage daily operations including rosters and compliance
• Deliver aesthetic treatments and oversee client experiences to maintain high clinical standards

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including manage rosters, ensure compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.
• Creating Empowering Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
• For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
