Job summary

Laser Clinics Group is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager at Broadway to support the Clinic Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional client results. You will guide team development, drive revenue, and uphold our values in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Formal beauty/dermal qualification required or Diploma level equivalent.
• Experience in client assessments and treatments is advantageous but training is provided.
• WA/QLD: Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or progress towards it.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Empower & Drive Success: Partner with the Clinic Manager to inspire and lead the team, achieving sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to boost revenue and clinic performance.
• Team Development: Support onboarding, training, and coaching to help team members grow their skills and confidence.
• Create Real Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident and cared for.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• For WA/QLD: a valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or actively working towards it.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you will celebrate team wins to foster a positive, motivating workplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
