Job summary

Laser Clinics Group is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support Clinic Managers across Woden or Belconnen in Australia. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales KPIs, and deliver outstanding client results while maintaining the brand’s standards.

The role requires a formal beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or Diploma in Dermal Science) and is backed by world-class training, career progression, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Formal beauty qualification required (Cert IV minimum, Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or Diploma in Dermal Science).
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but training is provided.
• WA/QLD: Laser Hair Removal Licence or in progress is required.

• Empower & Drive Success: Partner with the Clinic Manager to inspire and lead the team, achieving sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to boost revenue and clinic performance.
• Team Development: Support onboarding, training, and coaching to help team members grow their skills and confidence.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• For WA/QLD: a valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or actively working towards it.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you will celebrate team wins to foster a positive, motivating workplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
