Back @ Work Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator - I to support clinic growth and patient intake. The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic procedures and alignment with the company’s mission and values.

The role emphasizes handling referrals, scheduling visits, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Training and compliance are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
